Designer accounts are eligible for Free Ground shipping for orders over $700 (excluding shipping charges). Free Shipping does not apply to Overlength Surcharges (rods over 92 inches) or any applicable Motor Freight Charges and is not available for expedited shipping options.
General Shipping information
We strive to ship most orders within 15-20 business days of the date an order is confirmed. Oversized rods, powder coat finishes and corded traverse/Ripplefold rods, cornices, and custom items may take a bit longer. Production and delivery times are not guaranteed so please do not schedule installation until your products have been received, inspected, and accepted. ADR is not responsible for any fees incurred from missed installations or deadlines. Please call or e-mail us with any questions regarding shipping or any order status inquiries.

Up to 104"
Ground Shipping - Typically 3-4 days - Standard Shipping Rates Apply Expedited shipping options such as Next Day and 2nd Day may be available for Orders that have only Small Package product (no oversized products requiring LTL/freight shipping). Rods and cornices over 92” up to 104” have additional ground shipping overlength subcharges imposed by the carrier that typically range between $70-$90 per parcel shipped.
Over 104" up to & including 140"
Motor Freight Charge - $395 (only one Motor Freight Charge is applied to an Order)
Over 140" up to & including 176"
Call for a shipping quote which will include a PVC container, insurance and a signature will be required upon delivery
Residential Surcharge
$95 - Applied to Motor Freight Deliveries if Shipping Address is Residential (per FedEx Address Validation)

TIPS FOR SAVING ON MOTOR FREIGHT FEES
Buy shorter rods (under 104” in length) and join them onsite using a connector, especially when using center draw drapery options and/or stationary panels. A support bracket will be needed where you join the rod. Other support brackets may be needed as well depending on the length of the rod.
Have your order delivered to a commercial address. Freight carriers charge additional fees for delivery to residential addresses.
